Now, we recommend the following two hotels for conference accommodations, both of which provide special rates for NGCS 13 participants. Please make your reservations as soon as possible, as there are limited rooms available at these special rates.

If you want to book accommodation hotels, you can also email us at ngcs13@xmu.edu.cn before March 29th with the accommodation information to avoid difficulties in booking rooms in the future. We will handle the hotel booking on your behalf.
Kindly include the following information in your email: Your name, Desired accommodation period, and Preferred hotel, as well as your email address, with the subject line "Hotel Reservation." Information on successful booking will be sent to you via email. Again, please send us your booking information as soon as possible. The room fee can be settled upon your arrival using a credit card.
